Coming to race from out of town? We have directions on how to get to Gastown from the US border, Tswwassen ferry terminal and the airport. Read below for more information. Looking for accommodations?


From the border:

If you are coming from Seattle, Portland, or anywhere south of the border, we recommend the following route to get to the Tour de Gastown.

1. Take the I-5 to the Blaine/Peace Arch border crossing.
2. From the border, take Highway 99 north to Vancouver.
3. Follow Highway 99 over the Oak St. Bridge.
4. Continue north on Oak St. until Broadway. Turn left (west) on Broadway.
5. Drive west on Broadway until you reach Granville St. Turn right (north) on     Granville St. and head over the Granville St. bridge to downtown.
6. Take the Seymour St. exit off of the Granville St. Bridge. Continue north     down Seymour St. until Cordova St.
7. Turn right on Cordova St. When you pass through the lights at Water &     Richards St. you are on the race course. EasyPark parking can be     accessed via the south-entrance on Cordova, between Richards and     Cambie. The roads will be closed between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, so leave     plenty of time to get down to Gastown.


From the Tswwassen ferry:
If you are coming to Gastown from Vancouver Island via Tswwassen, follow these directions.

1. Leaving the ferry, follow Highway 17 north, past Ladner Trunk
    Road/Hwy 10, until Highway 99.
2. Take the Highway 99 offramp, and head north through the George
    Massey Tunnel.
3. Follow Highway 99 over the Oak St. Bridge.
4. Continue north on Oak St. until Broadway. Turn left (west) on Broadway.
5. Drive west on Broadway until you reach Granville St. Turn right (north) on     Granville St. and head over the Granville St. bridge to downtown.
6. Take the Seymour St. exit off of the Granville St. Bridge. Continue north     down Seymour St. until Cordova St.
7. Turn right on Cordova St. When you pass through the lights at Water &     Richards St. you are on the race course. From the Vancouver International Airport:
If you are arriving from the airport, follow these directions:

1. Drive west from the Airport, following the signs to downtown Vancouver,     via the Arthur Lang Bridge. Take the Granville St. North exit of the Arthur     Lang Bridge.
2. Drive north on Granville St and over the Granville St. Bridge to
    downtown Vancouver.
3. Take the Seymour St. exit off of the Granville St. Bridge. Continue north     down Seymour St. until Cordova St.
4. Turn right on Cordova St. When you pass through the lights at Water &     Richards St. you are on the race course. EasyPark parking can be     accessed via the south-entrance on Cordova, between Richards and     Cambie. The roads will be closed between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, so leave     plenty of time to get down to Gastown.
